Just like our Discord server, we want this forum to be a space where everyone can feel respected, find help, and collaborate. By using this Service, you agree to abide by the following terms and rules:

1. Service Providers
The providers (“we,” “us,” “our”) of the service provided by this website (“Service”) are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. All content you submit expresses the views of its author only. We are not liable for any user-posted material.

2. Minimum Age Requirement
This Service is available only to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under this age, please do not register or use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet or exceed this age.

3. Review & Privacy of Submitted Content
All content (“Content”) you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service may be reviewed by staff members. This includes sending your Content to third-party verification services (e.g., spam-prevention tools). You should not post any Content that you consider private or confidential.

4. Forum Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to submit or link to any Content that:

  • is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
  • is spam or spam-like, or otherwise disrupts the community with repeated/off-topic posts;
  • contains adult, NSFW, or obscene material (remember, there are minors around!);
  • contains personal information of others without consent;
  • risks copyright infringement or encourages any unlawful activity;
  • violates any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
You are entirely responsible for the Content you submit, and any harm resulting from that Content or your conduct.

5. Respect for Others
We take a zero-tolerance stance on hateful or abusive language. Toxicity, personal attacks, bullying, or any targeted harassment will result in immediate action against your account. Always keep discussions constructive and respectful.

6. Appropriate Channels & Posting Guidelines
Please post questions or discussions in the correct forum sections. This keeps the forum organized and helps staff and community members provide relevant support. If you need technical help, give details about your setup so others can assist efficiently.

7. Prohibited Actions & Content

  • No Unauthorized Sales or Services: Selling scripts, spreadsheets, or services without explicit permission is disallowed. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from Cronus Community platforms.
  • No Game Hacks or Cheating Software: We do not distribute, endorse, or allow any discussion of aim bots, wall hacks, or any game cheating software. Cronus devices are controller adapters, not hacking tools.
  • No Spam or Unapproved Advertising: Do not spam or self-promote (e.g., external ads, promotional links) unless you have prior permission from staff. This includes mass unsolicited messages to other members.

8. Third-Party Software
The use or promotion of third-party software that violates game terms of service or infringes on Cronus policy is not permitted. If you’re unsure, ask an admin first. Files requiring questionable or unauthorized programs may be removed.

9. Content Moderation & Removal
We may remove or modify any Content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason at our discretion. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be considered, but we are not obligated to act on these requests.

10. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes serious rule violations or disruptive conduct.

11. License to Use Your Content
By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over your Content.

12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be changed at any time without notice. If you continue to use the Service after changes are made, it indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. If You Disagree
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us at https://cronus.support/.

Reporting Rule Violations
If you see any post or user violating these rules, use the Report link located on that post or on the user’s profile. Forum staff will review your report and take appropriate action. We’re committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming community for everyone.
